DevOps/Operations Engineer (all genders) – Risk & Fraud

Job summary

Ensure stability, security, and reliability of SaaS platforms while developing them. Responsible for operating SaaS environments, automating processes, and contributing to transformation towards automation and AI tools.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in building, operating, and automating infrastructure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), ideally with Terraform.
• Experience in a similar role such as System Administrator, Platform Engineer, or Operations Engineer focused on operations, infrastructure, and automation.
• Familiarity with technologies like Ansible, GitLab, Artifactory, and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience in operating hybrid environments of on-premises and cloud services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, take responsibility, and drive topics forward in a team.
• Reliable and responsible work in critical production environments, maintaining composure during disruptions.
• Curiosity about AI tools and eagerness to actively shape their use in daily work.
• Fluent in German (C2) and good English (B2) skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stable, secure, and reliable operation of SaaS services.
• Administer and operate development and CI/CD environments including monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and capacity planning.
• Analyze disruptions, conduct root-cause analyses, and implement sustainable improvements.
• Automate recurring processes and continuously develop operational processes and platforms.
• Actively participate in transformation processes, experiment with new technologies, and support the use of AI tools.
