Job summary
Manage and continuously improve infrastructure and supporting applications, serving as a bridge between development and platform teams. Build and enhance CI/CD and GitOps processes, support teams using shared platform tools, monitor and troubleshoot systems, and contribute to Machine Learning platforms in Azure and on-premises environments. The work includes maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure and introducing reusable standards in an evolving environment.

Qualifications
- Production experience with OpenShift
- Experience with CI/CD and GitOps practices
- Strong Linux and infrastructure automation skills, including Ansible
- Experience supporting development teams on a shared platform
- Ability to troubleshoot applications, pipelines, and infrastructure
- Comfort working in a less structured, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Connect development teams with the platform team.
- Maintain robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
- Translate requirements into practical technical solutions.
- Develop and improve CI/CD and GitOps processes using ArgoCD and GitHub Actions.
- Support development teams with platform tools and pipelines.
- Handle and prioritize incidents and service requests in Jira.
- Monitor performance, availability, and security.
- Manage system and application lifecycles.
- Contribute to Machine Learning platform projects in Azure and on-premises environments.
- Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation.
