- Collaborate with Product Owners and technical teams
- Establish project governance and escalation mechanisms
- Manage project scope, schedule, resources, and risks
- Drive action closure and resolve delivery gaps
- Coordinate test planning and production-readiness reviews
- Prepare executive-level status reports
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and support planning
- Document project deliverables and processes
- Apply continuous-improvement practices
