Qualifications

• Hands-on DevOps and platform engineering experience
• Comfort with Postgres and database migrations
• Experience with monitoring and production incident response
• Familiarity with auth and payments in production
• Track record of user and data migrations
• Strong testing discipline and safety-first mindset
• Self-directed and comfortable owning the downstream pipeline

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean dev, staging, and production environments
• Build and run the CI/CD process
• Set up and run automated and manual testing
• Manage deploys, rollbacks, versioning, and release coordination
• Monitor uptime, logging, alerting, and incident response
• Lead migration of users and data
• Perform dependency updates, database migrations, and routine platform maintenance
