The DevOps professional will design and maintain secure on-premise Kubernetes clusters within the Highly Integrated Systems domain, ensuring infrastructure is scalable and secure. Key responsibilities include automating infrastructure with Ansible and Terraform, managing Linux and Windows systems, and configuring secure network connections while collaborating with development and operations teams.

• Proven experience managing Kubernetes clusters
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows administration
• Familiarity with network protocols and managing secure connections or firewalls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure Kubernetes clusters on-premise
• Manage deployments, services, and networking using Docker and Linux containers
• Use tools like Ansible for configuration and Terraform for provisioning
• Manage code and configurations within local repositories and air-gapped environments
• Ensure robust performance across both Linux and Windows operating systems
• Configure secure network connections (SSH, HTTPS) and manage virtualised storage solutions
• Set up centralised logging and alerting systems to monitor infrastructure health
• Work closely with development and operations teams to provide sustainable, compliant solutions
