We are seeking a collaborative DevOps professional who is passionate about automation, continuous improvement, cloud technologies, and building secure, scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in Agile environments, partnering with technical and business stakeholders, and driving operational excellence through modern DevOps practices. Position Responsibilities: Continuously evaluate and enhance DevOps practices, processes, and tools to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational effectiveness. Automate manual and repetitive tasks using infrastructure and automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Implement, manage, and support containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes. Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure and services while ensuring scalability, reliability, performance, and security. Create, maintain, and improve technical documentation for configurations, processes, procedures, and operational standards. Implement and promote security best practices across development, deployment, and operational activities. Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate provisioning, configuration, and environment management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous integration, continuous delivery, and operational excellence. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Infrastructure Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience designing, enhancing, and supporting CI/CD release pipelines. Hands-on experience with TeamCity, including API integrations and pipeline-as-code capabilities. Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Helm, and GitOps practices. Experience with source control and version management platforms such as GitHub. Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Experience deploying and supporting cloud infrastructure and services, preferably within Microsoft Azure environments. Experience administering and supporting Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. Experience working within Agile development environments and cross-functional teams. Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies. Experience with artifact management tools such as Artifactory. Experience working with database technologies, including Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI), Oracle, and DB2. Experience with application security, vulnerability management, and code quality tools such as Snyk, Contrast, and SonarQube. Understanding of modern programming languages and frameworks such as C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, and .NET. Demonstrated commitment to automation, optimization, and continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications: Development experience using Java, C#, or Node.js. Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and Power Apps. Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Fundamentals or Azure DevOps Engineer. DevOps and/or DevSecOps certifications. ITIL certification. Referenced Salary Location Toronto, Ontario Working Arrangement Hybrid Salary range is expected to be between $73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
