Job summary
The DevOps Developer supports product squads in improving software engineering practices and advancing technology modernization across mainframe, on-premises, and cloud-hosted environments. Responsibilities include building automation and tools, reviewing software delivery practices, contributing to the transformation roadmap, training and mentoring technical leaders, and making complex solutions accessible. The technology landscape includes Java and Spring Boot microservices, OpenShift, Kafka, Angular, Jenkins Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and observability tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana.

Qualifications
- At least seven years of industry experience.
- Successful track record in a similar technical leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering or computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Eligible to work in Canada.
- Candidates located in Quebec must be bilingual in English and French.
Responsibilities
