Job summary

Delivers customer-facing technical solutions across the project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through integration and deployment on a SaaS platform. Develops services, APIs, and automation using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Go while improving CI/CD, monitoring, incident response, and platform reliability through DevOps and SRE practices. The role combines hands-on engineering with customer collaboration in telecommunications and network technologies.

• Three or more years of experience in DevOps, software development, solution integration, or a related technical role.
• Experience delivering technical solutions and working directly with customers.
• Proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with practical knowledge of the others.
• Experience with Angular and/or Flutter.
• Knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to communicate, present, troubleshoot, manage priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical point of contact for customers during implementation and integration projects.
• Analyze customer requirements and design solutions for their technical and operational environments.
• Define technical approaches, project scope, and delivery estimates.
• Plan, configure, integrate, and deploy solutions on a SaaS platform.
• Present solutions, conduct technical demonstrations, and communicate project progress.
• Troubleshoot complex customer issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
• Develop and maintain services, scripts, APIs, and automation tools using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Go.
• Customize SaaS platform capabilities and contribute to Angular and Flutter interface enhancements.
• Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and automate environment provisioning, configuration, and deployment.
• Implement and optimize monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability.
• Support incident resolution and improve platform availability, scalability, and performance.
• Maintain deployment documentation, runbooks, operational procedures, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, customer success, and technical support teams.
