Job summary
This role combines software development, customer-facing professional services, and DevOps/SRE to develop and evolve a SaaS platform. The developer translates customer requirements into tailored integrations and deployments, builds backend services and APIs, contributes to Angular and Flutter interfaces, and improves CI/CD, observability, reliability, and incident response. The work uses Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

Qualifications
- Three to five or more years of experience in software development, DevOps, or a combined role.
- Strong proficiency in at least one of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Go, with working knowledge of the others.
- Experience developing user interfaces with Angular and/or Flutter.
- Knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Experience working directly with customers in a technical role.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions, project scopes, estimates, and implementation plans.
- Design, customize, integrate, and deploy SaaS platform solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend services and tools using Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Go.
- Contribute to user interface development using Angular and Flutter.
- Design and integrate APIs with customer and third-party systems.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automate environment provisioning and deployment.
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, observability, reliability, scalability, and platform performance.
- Troubleshoot customer issues, participate in incident resolution, and maintain technical documentation and operational guides.
- Collaborate with product, research and development, customer success, and technical support teams.
