- Facilitate and lead Skills Lab sessions
- Provide personalized feedback and support
- Assess consultant performance
- Deliver constructive feedback and document results
- Design and implement practical projects
- Foster a collaborative learning environment
- Participate in recruitment evaluations
- Conduct mock interviews
- Guide consultants in resume creation
- Support Sales as a subject matter expert
- Serve as a technical mentor
- Provide on-site coaching for transitions
- Observe and document client technologies
- Share client insights with Skills Lab leadership
