DevOps / SRE Engineer

Job summary

Ogury is seeking a DevOps/SRE Engineer to join their distributed team, primarily working in Barcelona. The role involves designing and managing cloud infrastructure, collaborating with development teams, and automating processes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Background as a DevOps/SRE Engineer or Software Engineer moving into DevOps
• Infrastructure and public cloud experience, primarily with AWS
• Scripting or programming skills (e.g. Bash, Python, Go)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes
• Experience running Kafka on Kubernetes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and run cloud infrastructure
• Partner with development teams for cloud architecture solutions
• Provide tooling to build and monitor products
• Manage Kubernetes clusters at scale
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and CI
