Job summary
Avanade is looking for a DevOps Support Engineer to provide technical support across Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platform environments.
Qualifications
- experienced DevOps support professional
- strong understanding of Azure DevOps
- comfortable engaging with clients
- ability to investigate pipeline failures
- ability to create technical specifications
- confident facilitator with experience running workshops
- understanding of DevOps support governance
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day DevOps support across client environments
- Analyse client issues and requests
- Prepare and maintain technical design documentation
- Support release management activities
- Develop and maintain automation
- Build guides, support notes, test plans
- Support service governance adoption
- Track incidents and deployment issues
