Job summary
The Komax Group is a pioneer and market leader in automated cable processing solutions. DiIT GmbH, part of the Komax Group, specializes in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for the cable processing industry. This role involves ensuring 24/7 operation of 4Wire PLS services, managing release deployments, troubleshooting, monitoring interfaces, and automating processes.

Qualifications
- Profound knowledge in Windows Server and Suse Linux administration
- Expert knowledge in PowerShell and Bash
- Basic knowledge in Perl/PHP and the ability to read and understand code in C, C++, and C#
- Proficient in Git and Azure DevOps, with a deep understanding of XML/JSON parsers and SQL queries
- Experience in MySQL administration; ideally knowledge of DiIT databases (OORTDB)
- Practical experience with MES/ERP systems (preferably SAP S/4H) and logistics processes (KSK/JIT)
Responsibilities
- Ensure 24/7 operation of 4Wire PLS services on Windows and Linux platforms in a high-availability automotive production environment
- Plan, control, and execute release deployments on production servers
- Perform in-depth error analysis using log files (Windows Services, Linux Bash) and resolve disruptions in EDI communication (VDA standards)
- Monitor SAP connections (IDoc/Bapi) and database performance (OORTDB/MySQL)
- Create and optimize scripts (PowerShell, Bash) for process improvement and proactive system monitoring
