We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our client's team building a Modeling-as-a-Service (MaaS) platform on Microsoft Azure, designed to standardize the financial model lifecycle and streamline the development, validation, deployment, and monitoring of financial models. Responsibilities Oversee infrastructure, CI/CD and operational aspects of the complex project Manage a team of 4 DevOps specialists Provide Release Manager support Design infrastructure technical solutions Take ownership of managing features end-to-end Implement and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM templates Handle Azure Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration Optimize cloud resources for cost, efficiency, and performance Automate operational tasks using Python/PowerShell Requirements 5+ years of experience in DevOps and Azure Cloud engineering Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and configuration management using GitLab Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) for containerized applications Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Datadog and Azure Monitor Understanding of cloud networking, security best practices, and IAM policies We offer Private health insurance EPAM Employees Stock Purchase Plan 100% paid sick leave Referral Program Professional certification Language courses EPAM is a leading digital transformation services and product engineering company with 61,700+ EPAMers in 55+ countries and regions.
