DevOps Team Manager

Job summary

The DevOps Team Manager leads a team of 3-4 engineers to ensure the reliable and secure operation of a cloud-native Azure-first SaaS platform. This role involves hands-on engineering leadership, managing CI/CD pipelines, implementing operational controls, and maintaining compliance with security standards while fostering a coaching culture within the team.

Qualifications

• Proven line-management experience in DevOps or CloudOps
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and cloud engineering
• Experience implementing operational controls
• Deep Azure platform expertise including Entra ID and Key Vault
• Strong CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code knowledge

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3-4 DevOps engineers
• Provide hands-on engineering leadership for Azure-hosted SaaS platform
• Own platform SLAs/SLOs and service health
• Implement and enforce an end-to-end change lifecycle
• Maintain audit-ready evidence for changes and incidents
