Job summary
The DevSecOps Consultant role is centered on enhancing software tools within the Common Software Platform Division by implementing best practices in CI/CD and security. Responsibilities include assessing current pipelines, creating automated Azure DevOps workflows, integrating security measures, and training development teams. The position requires expertise in Azure DevOps, DevSecOps methodologies, and cloud deployment on Azure or AWS.
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and automating CI/CD pipelines for applications.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and cloud deployments.
- Experience applying DevSecOps practices in CI/CD workflows.
- Experience automating desktop application build pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct a technical assessment of current CI/CD pipelines and security practices.
- Create or improve automated Azure DevOps pipelines for applications.
- Integrate automated security scanning and secure build practices into pipelines.
- Containerize services and design deployment pipelines for cloud platforms.
- Implement automated workflows for building and distributing applications.
- Configure infrastructure-as-code templates and environment provisioning.
- Collaborate with developers to establish DevSecOps standards and train teams.
