DevSecOps Engineer – AI Platform

Job summary

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will operate, optimize, and develop the AI platform based on Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science or comparable qualification with work experience
• Several years of experience in operating cloud-native systems in a production environment
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, including Pods, Deployments, Services, Ingress, and Namespaces
• Good knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform
• Proficient in using Helm for versioned releases
• Experience with GitOps, Pull Requests, Drift Detection, and Reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager
• Basic understanding of Kubernetes security, including RBAC, Network Policies, and Container Security
• Very good German (min. C1) and good English (min. B2) skills

Responsibilities

• Operate, optimize, and develop the AI platform based on Kubernetes
• Ensure platform availability, performance, and scalability
• Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps
• Utilize Git for changes, configurations, and deployments
• Develop central platform components like Ingress, certificates, and repository structures
• Enhance monitoring and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and Alertmanager
• Support rollout of new AI applications and assist internal teams with technical questions
• Plan capacity and analyze incidents
• Implement security requirements with RBAC, Network Policies, and Vault
