DevSecOps Engineer, Engineering & Operations

Job summary

This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure automation and CI/CD capabilities across the organization's technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• 7+ years in DevOps, DevSecOps, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies.
• Experience integrating security controls into delivery processes.
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and secure configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure DevSecOps automation frameworks.
• Build and support CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployment.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• Automate provisioning, configuration management, and security hardening.
• Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner with Cybersecurity for vulnerability management and remediation.
• Implement automated compliance checks aligned with security standards.
• Support secure cloud and identity governance.
• Develop automation for operational reliability and incident response.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Application Development teams.
• Support container and platform engineering capabilities.
• Create reusable automation templates and technical documentation.
• Promote security-by-design and DevSecOps practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for security and efficiency improvements.
