DevSecOps Engineer

Job summary

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will collaborate with AI Engineers, Application Engineers, and Data Scientists to ensure the production readiness of mission-critical AI applications.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
• 5+ years of experience
• 3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• 3 years of experience with Git SCM providers
• 3 years of experience with programming or scripting languages
• 3 years of application DevSecOps experience in Agile
• 3 years of experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• 3 years of experience with infrastructure as code
• 3 years of experience building CI/CD pipelines
• 3 years of experience with DevSecOps tooling
• Experience with test automation in CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Establish development tools and infrastructure for automation
• Understand stakeholder needs and convey to developers
• Automate and improve development, testing, deployment, and release processes
• Test and analyze code written by others
• Ensure systems are secure against cybersecurity threats
• Identify technical problems and develop software updates
• Collaborate with developers to ensure adherence to processes
• Support enterprise Cloud applications through infrastructure as code
• Document current environment and perform gap analysis
• Leverage virtualization and containerization for optimization
• Mentor junior team members
• Drive continuous improvement in DevSecOps processes and tools
• Engineer and implement solutions for service improvement
• Provide status updates and cross-training to team members
