Job summary

Seeking a hands-on DevSecOps Engineer to secure and scale infrastructure and deployment pipelines, embedding security into CI/CD workflows and managing vulnerabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a DevOps, SRE, or DevSecOps role in financial services.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling and infrastructure as code.
• Understanding of security frameworks and standards.
• Exposure to database high availability tooling.
• Understanding of modern data models and cloud security architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Relevant industry certifications preferred.
• Background in financial technology or secure cloud-native infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and harden CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate automated security testing tools into development workflows.
• Suggest automation improvements to reduce manual overhead.
• Lead end-to-end vulnerability management.
• Audit infrastructure and deployment workflows for risks.
• Contribute to disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
• Support secure handling of sensitive financial data.
• Implement security controls with the Compliance team.
• Document security architecture and pipeline logic.
• Promote a security-aware engineering culture.
