Responsibilities

- Build CI/CD pipelines that provide fast feedback, easy rollback, and opinionated defaults
- Use AI tooling (Claude Code and similar) as a daily multiplier
- Generate scaffolding, refactor modules, write tests and fixtures, and propose remediations from telemetry using AI tooling
- Build AI-assisted automation for drift detection, log triage, alert correlation, runbook execution, and routine compliance evidence collection
- Operate AWS infrastructure (including GovCloud for federal workloads)
- Manage networking, IAM, observability, secrets management, and security baselines in AWS
- Partner with security on hardening, FedRAMP continuous monitoring tasks, and audit evidence for your pod's services
- Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning
- Continuously improve the developer experience across your pod
- Reduce friction, automate mundane tasks, and document processes
