DevSecOps Expert*in - CI/CD-Plattform

Job summary

The Deutsche Rentenversicherung is seeking a DevSecOps Expert to develop and implement automation concepts for the DevSecOps lifecycle, coordinate IT processes, and manage CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of practical experience in the DevSecOps environment and DevOps methodology
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in SOLID, OOD, and/or TDD methodologies
• Experience in operating and building CI/CD pipelines and deploying large software applications
• Knowledge of container technology with Kubernetes, preferably with RedHat OpenShift
• Experience in configuration, administration, and automation in Linux operating systems
• Proficient in handling CVEs and static code analysis
• Practical experience in operating LLMs and scaling, as well as in Agentic AI projects is a plus
• Ideally experience in API development for Jira Assets with AQL
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good English language skills, both written and spoken
• Initiative and creativity in building new structures
• Openness to change
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create IT analyses
• Develop and implement automation concepts for the DevSecOps lifecycle
• Plan, execute, and coordinate IT processes in the DevSecOps environment
• Coordinate and develop CI/CD templates and pipelines for software component build, test, and deployment
• Monitor and control IT procedures and applications, perform problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Plan, conceptualize, and document DevSecOps processes and address customer requirements
• Develop, implement, and control IT security and quality assurance measures
• Lead or participate in project or working groups across DRV
• Ensure BSI-compliant architecture and stable business continuity management
