STEP UP is seeking an experienced DevSecOps Java professional to join an Agile team responsible for the development and maintenance of a strategic digital platform.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a DevSecOps in digital platform environments
• Excellent mastery of Java and Spring ecosystem
• Strong skills in CI/CD, automation, and containerization
• Mastery of microservices architectures and hexagonal architecture principles
• Strong security culture oriented towards DevSecOps
• Good understanding of production and operational issues
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain application platforms
• Participate in architecture choices integrating security requirements
• Set up and maintain development, testing, and production environments
• Handle and track security vulnerabilities
• Contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement
• Analyze and optimize system performance and scalability
• Organize environment supervision and alert tracking
• Write and maintain technical documentation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Automate deployments and testing
• Participate in production releases
• Ensure application quality, performance, and operability
• Industrialize packaging and deployment procedures
• Promote DevSecOps best practices
• Define secure development standards
• Support development teams on security issues
• Contribute to application security requirements documentation
• Conduct ongoing technological monitoring on DevSecOps and cybersecurity
• Collaborate with project, operations, and architecture teams
• Participate in operational committees
