Job summary
The DevSecOps Platform Engineer builds and operates platform capabilities that help teams deliver software more quickly, securely, and efficiently. The role develops CI/CD pipelines and reusable deployment and security patterns, integrates security into development workflows, and expands monitoring and observability with Grafana. It also coaches development, application, and operations teams and contributes to architecture and platform decisions focused on scalability, security, and operational reliability.

Qualifications
- Several years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, cloud engineering, or software delivery
- Strong experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure DevOps and automation or scripting using YAML, PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or observability; Grafana is preferred
- Understanding of modern software, cloud, and integration architectures
- Interest in cybersecurity and integrating security early and pragmatically
- Ability to share knowledge, explain standards clearly, and support teams' technical development
Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and operate CI/CD pipelines for applications, platforms, and integrations
- Establish DevSecOps standards and integrate security into development and deployment processes
- Create reusable pipeline, deployment, and security blueprints, templates, and guidelines
- Expand monitoring and observability solutions, particularly with Grafana
- Coach and support development, application, and operations teams
- Identify and implement optimization and automation opportunities
- Contribute to architecture and platform decisions focused on scalability, security, and operational reliability
