Job summary

Citi is seeking a highly accomplished SVP, Digital Assets Platform Engineering Lead to guide the evolution of the Citi Integrated Digital Assets Platform.

Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience across the full development lifecycle
• Hands-on expertise in backend web application development using Java and Spring
• Direct people management or team lead experience
• Experience in Blockchain/Digital Assets application development
• Proficiency in asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical strategy and architecture for the CIDAP platform
• Provide technical guidance on backend engineering, Web3 infrastructure, and blockchain integration
• Champion engineering excellence across the platform
• Lead and develop a team of senior software engineers
• Own the platform's engineering delivery commitments
• Drive Agile engineering practices across the team
