Digital DevOps & Release Manager

Job summary

Lead a team of four DevOps Engineers, including offshore colleagues, and own the design and continuous improvement of DevOps, CI/CD, and release processes for digital platforms. Coordinate production releases across Agile teams, support developers and IT partners, and improve automation, governance, and deployment standards for platforms including MuleSoft and Salesforce, using GitHub, cloud technologies, and scripting such as Bash, Python, and YAML.

Qualifications

• Experience as a DevOps Manager, DevOps Lead, or Lead Engineer.
• Experience managing and developing technical teams.
• Strong experience with GitHub and CI/CD, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.
• Technical understanding of scripting, configuration, and cloud technologies; Bash, Python, and YAML are desirable.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Degree in Software Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Coordinate releases across teams and technologies, ensuring changes are approved before production release.
• Support developers, test managers, IT Operations, and project teams with GitHub and deployment processes.
• Improve release processes, governance, automation, and deployment standards across MuleSoft and Salesforce platforms.
