Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software engineering and leadership
• Experience as a 'player-coach' in engineering
• Track record of building scalable, cloud-native platforms
• Experience in financial services is a plus
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of a scalable AI platform
• Serve as lead engineer and technical authority
• Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Define product strategy and technical roadmap with product management
• Collaborate with AI platform teams and external partners
• Drive integration of Large Language Models and agentic frameworks
• Implement best engineering practices
• Define and report on key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
