Job summary
The City of Toronto is seeking a Director of Development & Operations to lead the establishment of a modern enterprise DevOps capability, enhancing the delivery of technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience leading enterprise DevOps and technology delivery functions.
- Considerable experience improving end-to-end software delivery performance.
- Considerable experience leading and developing high-performing technology teams.
- Experience providing operational, financial and governance leadership for enterprise technology services.
- Ability to drive technology modernization and delivery transformation.
Responsibilities
- Establish and lead a modern enterprise DevOps capability.
- Lead the evolution of enterprise CI/CD and infrastructure automation.
