Job summary
The Director, DevOps at CPP Investments will lead the strategy and architecture for the enterprise DevOps platform, focusing on driving DevOps maturity and GenAI adoption.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant technology experience
- Deep knowledge of enterprise DevOps and Quality Engineering
- Strong experience with relevant technologies and platforms
- Experience advancing DevSecOps and Quality Engineering
- Experience with GenAI and coding assistants in software development
- Strong platform-as-a-product mindset
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven people leadership and vendor management experience
- Experience leading Agile product delivery
Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise DevOps Platform and its strategy, product vision, architecture, and roadmap
- Assess and advance DevOps and Quality Engineering maturity
- Champion an AI-first approach to software delivery
- Lead DevSecOps by embedding secure coding practices
- Align the DevOps platform with Tech & Data’s product operating model
- Maintain accountability for platform availability and incident response
- Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders
- Manage vendor and contract relationships
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
