Job summary
McKesson is seeking a Director of Cloud & Kubernetes Platform Engineering to lead the design and development of cloud-native platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in engineering, including 6+ years in cloud platform or infrastructure engineering leadership roles.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud platform engineering programs.
- Hands-on expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes.
- Experience engineering and operating managed Kubernetes platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a cloud and Kubernetes platform engineering strategy.
- Own P&L responsibility and technology budget management.
- Develop and implement platform engineering roadmaps.
- Lead the development of strategic platform roadmaps.
- Develop next-generation cloud-native platforms across Azure, GCP, and AWS.
