The Director of DevOps & SRE is tasked with developing and executing the DevOps/SRE strategy for the platform, emphasizing reliability, delivery throughput, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include leading engineering teams, managing cloud performance on Azure, implementing CI/CD practices with GitHub Actions, and ensuring effective incident response and observability using tools like Grafana.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on Microsoft Azure experience at production scale
• Strong CI/CD and release engineering background
• Production support and incident response experience for multi-tenant SaaS
• Solid grounding in identity and access management
• Genuine automation-first instinct
• Observability experience with Grafana or Prometheus
• Comfort in security and compliance-conscious environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop DevOps/SRE strategy for the platform
