Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering and 10+ years experience
• Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes
• Experience using AI capabilities to improve reliability workflows
• Ability to validate AI recommendations and follow data sensitivity requirements
• Experience in automation, process improvement, and reliability
• Experience translating research and analysis into business recommendations
