Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Systems Engineers, SREs and DevOps engineers
• Oversee a globally distributed team of 20+ IT professionals
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture
• Directly report to SLT with updates on IT performance
• Align IT priorities with SLT objectives
• Manage support for 15+ production applications
• Implement proactive monitoring and incident resolution
• Lead technology currency migrations
• Partner with stakeholders to assess legacy systems
• Oversee IT risk management
• Collaborate with IT Risk Teams and cybersecurity teams
• Ensure reliable support for AI applications
• Work with dev teams on AI/ML workloads
• Develop and execute IT roadmaps
• Manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Build relationships with business units and senior leadership
• Communicate technical strategies in a business-centric manner
