Job summary
LTIMindtree is seeking a Specialist - Quality Engineering with expertise in Duck Creek QA Automation. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts for Duck Creek Policy applications, integrating them into CICD pipelines, and executing automated regression suites. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure quality gates are embedded in CICD pipelines and maintain automation suites for scalability and reusability.

Qualifications
- Experience in Medium Fleet to Duck Creek or similar insurance transformation migration programs
- Experience in parallel testing or platform migration validation
- Strong experience working in Agile DevOps delivery environments
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Defect lifecycle management and regression testing
- Strong experience in creating Automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
- Postman API testing
- Experience with CICD Tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Defect Test Management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps
- Experience with Version Control systems like Git or GitHub
- Proficiency in Duck Creek Automation using Test Automation Center
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Duck Creek Policy applications covering functional, regression, integration, and parallel testing
- Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection
- Develop and execute in-sprint automation scripts alongside feature development to enable faster feedback and reduce defect leakage
- Execute automated regression suites and analyze results as part of sprint and release cycles
- Maintain and enhance automation suites to ensure scalability, reusability, and alignment with evolving requirements
- Perform session XML extraction and automated comparison to identify functional and data differences between environments
- Collaborate with Developers, BAs, and DevOps teams to ensure quality gates are embedded in CICD pipelines
- Leverage LTM's AHT framework for parallel testing data extraction and comparison
- Ensure automation coverage across functional, regression, integration, and parallel testing scenarios
