Job summary

The Senior Microsoft Power Platform Engineer is responsible for designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that enhance business automation and data-driven decision-making. This role involves developing AI models using Microsoft technologies, collaborating with stakeholders, and building scalable AI infrastructure on platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AI Builder, and Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms using Microsoft technologies
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective AI solutions
• Build and maintain scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, AI Builder, Copilot, and Dynamics 365
• Develop and deploy machine learning models using Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, and other Azure AI tools
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Document and communicate AI solutions and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Evaluate AI technologies such as LLMs, SLMs, and embeddings, as well as architectures including orchestration patterns and RAG, when developing solutions
• Specify or implement AI platform improvements, including fine-tuning and training custom machine learning models
