Job summary
Supports the NGA mission by operating managed cloud platform services and automating their installation, configuration, and maintenance. The role improves CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across development, test, and production environments, monitors logs and system performance, and applies security and configuration management practices using technologies such as GitLab CI/CD, OpenShift, and AWS.

Qualifications
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility and eligibility to obtain a CI polygraph
- At least 3 years of experience
- Willingness to learn customer cross-domain services
- Working knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, and Bash
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines deploying or updating services in OpenShift or AWS
- Understanding of GitLab or other DevSecOps and continuous integration tools
- Knowledge of network technologies, infrastructure components, load balancers, firewalls, and virtual and physical infrastructure design
Responsibilities
- Maintain and improve CI/CD build and deployment processes across development, test, and production systems
- Integrate enterprise authentication services
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure, including autoscaling, new services, and cost efficiency
- Aggregate server logs and monitor security and system incidents
- Analyze system performance, server load, and resource usage
- Manage software revisions, security patches, system hardening, and documentation
- Enforce security and reliability practices, including access control and vulnerability testing
- Work with A&A teams to maintain system security requirements
- Track operational engineering tasks and validate completion
- Participate in SAFe and Scrum teams and meetings
