Job summary

The Systems Engineer role is essential for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of infrastructure from the factory floor to the datacenter. Responsibilities include building and managing end-to-end infrastructure, implementing Infrastructure as Code with tools like Ansible and Terraform, and maintaining monitoring systems for proactive issue identification and incident response.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, endpoint management, or infrastructure operations
• Deep expertise in Linux and Windows
• Strong hands-on experience with virtualization and containerization
• Solid understanding of networking, including switching, firewalls, and wireless
• Datacenter hardware (power/cooling)
• Familiarity with factory/OT edge devices
• Proven proficiency with IaC and automation tools
• Experience implementing GitOps workflows and SRE best practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and support end-to-end infrastructure across the factory floor
• Champion an Infrastructure as Code culture
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for infrastructure delivery
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
• Participate in on-call rotations to support business continuity
• Work on-site to manage physical datacenter and factory-floor edge hardware
