Job summary
Zayo is seeking an Edge Infrastructure Engineer I to manage and maintain critical infrastructure systems, including AC and DC power equipment.

Responsibilities
- Manage Contracted Maintenance vendors for repairs on CI systems.
- Develop best operating practices and standards.
- Write Method of Procedures (MOPs) for CI equipment repairs.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with approved MOPs.
- Evaluate vendor/contractor field service reports.
- Resolve operational deficiencies from Preventive Maintenance Inspections.
- Assist Field Operations and NCC/NOC technicians with support issues.
- Develop reliability reports to identify potential problems.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert on CI equipment issues.
- Manage CI augment projects for repairs.
- Ensure Environmental Compliance and complete permitting annually.
- Maintain CI Equipment inventory accuracy and Data Integrity.
Degrees
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering or equivalent
