As an Edge Reliability Engineer at Maddox AI, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of AI systems in production environments globally.

Qualifications

• Completed training as IT specialist (system integration), IT technician, or comparable
• Solid experience in operating Linux systems and strong networking fundamentals
• Willingness to learn about industrial system and interface integration
• Reliability mindset
• Desire for responsibility
• Structured, independent working style and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability and reliability of AI models at customer sites
• Manage end-to-end operation of devices and infrastructure
• Establish connections and automations between systems and customer environments
• Engage with customer IT on equal footing
• Capture and implement customer-specific requirements
• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries and analyze error logs
• Triaging customer requirements and translating recurring issues into product requirements
