Job summary
The role involves leading the Utilities Team within Development, focusing on providing sustainable infrastructure solutions for various projects in the UK and internationally. Key responsibilities include managing utility risk, leading multidisciplinary teams, and delivering high-quality service while mentoring junior staff. The position requires expertise in utility connections, diversions, and infrastructure strategies, along with a strong understanding of Electricity, Gas, Water, and Telecommunications networks.

Responsibilities
- Leading a variety of Utility projects from local to national significance
- Working within multidisciplinary teams in the UK and internationally
- Serving as a senior point of contact for the Development team and clients
- Driving business growth and developing client relationships
- Delivering complex schemes to high standards
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Ensuring quality service for clients
- Managing project/programme efficiently
