Engineer - DevOps

Job summary

Build and operate secure, reliable, and efficient cloud platforms across AWS and Azure, supporting infrastructure and collaborating with application teams and vendors. Responsibilities include troubleshooting cloud issues, delivering infrastructure projects, maintaining Terraform-based infrastructure as code, and improving automation, including AI-enabled operational workflows. The role also contributes to cloud capability development and includes participation in an on-call support rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing and maintaining secure, reusable, version-controlled infrastructure with Terraform
• Experience building, deploying, and supporting workloads in AWS and/or Azure
• Competency in at least one programming or scripting language
• Experience with CI/CD tools, modern software development practices, and IT change control
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, written communication, and technical documentation skills
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level cloud support, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and recommend services and solutions
• Build and maintain secure, reusable, version-controlled infrastructure as code with Terraform
• Deliver cloud projects from design and cost analysis through implementation
• Improve automation tools, principles, and processes to maintain platform reliability
• Develop cloud capabilities, documentation, and a community of practice
