Job summary
The Engineering Lead Analyst – Test Automation Platform Engineering is a senior-level technical leadership role responsible for the architecture, implementation, and operational support of enterprise test management and automation platforms. This position focuses on modernizing test automation capabilities, embedding automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, and providing tier-3 platform support for performance and availability issues in complex production environments.

Qualifications
- 13+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or quality engineering automation
- Proven track record providing operational support for enterprise-scale applications
- Demonstrated experience in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), disaster recovery exercises
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Deep administration and engineering experience with enterprise tools
- Solid experience architecting and building automated functional testing frameworks
- Practical experience embedding automated test execution and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines
- Proven experience developing integration services and data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, upgrade, administer, and support enterprise test management and performance engineering toolsets
- Provide end-to-end operational support for hosted internally developed and vendor enterprise applications
- Rapidly and safely troubleshoot, triage, and remediate performance, stability, and availability incidents
- Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and post-incident reviews
- Proactively monitor platform health, conduct capacity planning, and implement continuous system and operational enhancements
- Design, build, and deploy integration solutions and event-driven data synchronization pipelines
- Lead the design, development, and standardization of functional test automation frameworks
- Serve as a Technology Subject Matter Expert (SME) for internal and external stakeholders
- Influence engineering and architectural decisions through consultative advice
