- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the DevOps team
- Define and execute the DevOps roadmap
- Drive continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure operational reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident management
- Promote security, quality, compliance, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Development, Support, and Technology teams
- Monitor KPIs and DevOps maturity metrics
- Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, automation, and continuous learning
