Engineering Manager - Site Reliability & Observability (x/f/m)

Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on platform reliability and observability.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong understanding of observability tooling and architecture
• Experience with infrastructure as code and secrets management systems
• Proven ability to balance technical depth with people leadership
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Create a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular performance reviews and career development conversations
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top SRE talent
• Define and evolve the reliability and observability strategy
• Drive prioritization and roadmap planning for reliability initiatives
• Own the evolution of critical transversal services
• Advocate for reducing technical debt
• Own the team's on-call experience and contribute to incident response
• Lead postmortem reviews and drive systemic improvements
• Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers
