Job summary

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a Site Reliability Engineering team focused on platform reliability and observability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience
• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong understanding of observability tooling and architecture
• Experience with infrastructure as code and secrets management
• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Create a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Conduct performance reviews and career development conversations
• Define and evolve reliability and observability strategy
• Drive prioritization for large-scale reliability initiatives
• Own evolution of critical transversal services
• Contribute to incident response processes
• Lead postmortem reviews and drive systemic improvements
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers
