Job summary
Rad*** is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a distributed Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team focused on enhancing production infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience managing production AWS environments with Terraform
- Knowledge of high availability multi-region infrastructure on Kubernetes
- Experience with large sharded Mongo clusters
- Background in high growth startups
- Interest in customer engagement
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a globally distributed SRE team
- Oversee observability, monitoring, and incident management
- Develop Radar infrastructure using Terraform on AWS via EKS
- Collaborate with product, data, platform, and security engineers
- Promote automation and self-service capabilities
- Lead critical company-level initiatives
- Ensure compliance and security in processes
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Engage with customers and prospects
