Job summary
Lead the SRE and Platform Engineering teams that operate and scale a high-availability, real-time iGaming platform serving more than 150 million players. Own technical roadmaps, delivery, and people management while providing hands-on leadership in reliability, incident response, infrastructure efficiency, automation, and developer experience. The platform uses Google Cloud Platform, GKE/Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GitOps, and observability technologies.

Qualifications
- Experience leading infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience building and operating production infrastructure.
- Production experience with GCP, including GKE, Compute Engine, networking, IAM, DNS, and load balancing.
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge, including networking, ingress, storage, autoscaling, security, cluster lifecycle, and troubleshooting.
- Production experience with Terraform or Terragrunt, Helm, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and GitOps.
- Experience operating high-availability environments, troubleshooting distributed systems, and leading incident response.
- Knowledge of metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, SLOs, and production monitoring.
- Ability to plan realistic roadmaps, manage delivery risks, communicate technical trade-offs, and make pragmatic architectural decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own DevOps roadmaps and delivery outcomes across SRE and Platform Engineering.
- Lead, hire, manage, and develop DevOps engineers.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in infrastructure architecture, solution reviews, and production troubleshooting.
- Improve platform availability, resilience, observability, incident response, and operational readiness.
- Evolve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, security, and developer experience.
- Drive automation, infrastructure efficiency, and cloud cost optimization.
- Partner with engineering teams to resolve systemic infrastructure issues and support product delivery.
