Job summary
The Enterprise Cloud Architect establishes and governs cloud and hybrid cloud architecture to support secure, scalable, resilient, reliable, and cost-effective solutions aligned with enterprise standards and business needs. The role provides design authority, develops reusable architecture patterns and roadmaps, and advises teams on cloud migration and solution design, including Microsoft Azure, identity and access management, networking, security, disaster recovery, and hybrid integration.

Qualifications
- At least five years of progressive experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies.
- At least three years in architecture, principal engineering, or a senior technical design role.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure or equivalent cloud architecture, including landing zones, identity and access management, networking, security, governance, resiliency, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge of ITIL-aligned service delivery, operational readiness, and 24/7 mission-critical environments.
- Experience with risk management frameworks and architectural governance.
- Knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and hybrid cloud deployment models.
- Experience designing and executing enterprise-scale cloud migration strategies.
- Experience working within an Enterprise Architecture framework.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder-influencing skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture frameworks, standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
- Provide architecture leadership and design authority for cloud initiatives.
- Define and maintain current-state and target-state cloud platform architectures.
- Translate business and technical requirements into reusable architecture patterns and solution components.
- Contribute cloud expertise to enterprise architecture planning, technology roadmaps, and strategic initiatives.
- Participate in architecture reviews, governance boards, and project assurance activities.
- Advise project teams and stakeholders on cloud architecture, migration strategies, best practices, and solution design.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, application, data, and business stakeholders.
