Job summary
Designs, operates, secures, and improves enterprise cloud, network, identity, and telephony platforms, with technical leadership across AWS, Microsoft 365, Azure, and unified communications. The role manages cloud and hybrid networking, Microsoft services, enterprise voice, identity and security controls, and infrastructure automation using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD practices. The environment includes LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPNs, firewalls, Entra ID, and Microsoft Teams Phone.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Seven to ten years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud engineering, systems administration, or platform operations.
- At least five years of hands-on AWS administration and engineering experience.
- Experience managing complex enterprise environments supporting business-critical platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, administer, secure, and improve enterprise cloud, network, identity, and telephony platforms.
- Architect and manage AWS infrastructure, including security, networking, resilience, and cost optimization.
- Manage enterprise networking, including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, and DHCP.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online environments.
- Administer VoIP and unified communications platforms, including Microsoft Teams Phone, AudioCodes, and SIP services.
- Implement identity governance, single sign-on, multifactor authentication, conditional access, and privileged access controls.
- Drive cloud security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, patching, and operations using Terraform, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, availability, and security; troubleshoot complex issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and telecommunications providers and contribute to infrastructure strategy.
