Job summary

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer to support enterprise-wide infrastructure capabilities, governance standards, and modernization initiatives within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Enterprise Infrastructure Engineer within BFSI, Public Sector, or Telecom environments
• Experience supporting banking systems, government applications, OSS/BSS, billing, charging, or telecom infrastructure
• Experience supporting enterprise transformation and modernization programs
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and automation technologies
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and governance frameworks
• Understanding of governance, compliance, privacy, and security requirements
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale and mission-critical environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Design and support enterprise infrastructure solutions across BFSI, Public Sector, and Telecom environments
• Support modernization initiatives for core banking systems, citizen services applications, OSS/BSS platforms, billing systems, and telecom infrastructure
• Develop enterprise infrastructure standards, shared services, and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
• Support customer, citizen, and telecom-facing enterprise platforms
• Implement automation, monitoring, resiliency, and infrastructure best practices
• Support enterprise cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
• Ensure compliance with governance, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements
• Drive infrastructure scalability, reliability, and operational excellence
• Promote infrastructure standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
